The hotel's location suited our needs perfectly in Lancaster, being very central and close to the town centre. The service was top-notch with personable and attentive staff, though some areas like the bathroom lacked ventilation. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely lovely, looked very nice, and had all the facilities needed. The breakfast was great too, served promptly at 10 am. However, the parking in the area was a bit difficult.

The location was comfortable with a good supply of tea. It was ideal for a quick stop over, being perfect for both the train station and the city center. The check-in procedure was quick. The hotel is about 3 minutes from the train station and 1 minute from city centre shops and castle. Additionally, it's so close to the Lake district, which is just breath-taking. However, it was difficult to park in the area.

The dining experience was perfect and served by friendly and helpful staff. However, the scrambled eggs were very basic and barely eatable due to flood. The grilled meat was good.
